Criteria for applicants:

• Highly Effective Observation rating
• Principal recommendation 
• Must be willing to attend a 2-day training prior to the start of the school year 
• Must be willing to plan and facilitate 29 GLMs with their designated grade level/content area team between September and June
• Must be willing to attend regular meetings with other Teacher Leaders and Coaches to align on best practices for GLMs and receive ongoing support and development in their roles
• Must be willing play a supporting role in district wide professional development days when the focus is lesson and/or unit internalization (facilitation of small groups etc.)

PD to be Compensation at the EAP Hourly Rate

 

Weekly planning time to be compensated at the EAP Stipend Rate
